We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase of jewelry you make at Stones 2 Jewels. We are independent artist designing and creating all of our own pieces. We also package and ship everything personally. We have very high standards and want our customers to love their jewelry as much as we do. All of the jewelry we make is very special and unique and whether bought for oneself or given as a gift, we want the recipient to be excited about the jewelry and confident and comfortable when wearing it.

We give detailed descriptions and clear pictures of each piece of jewelry to give you a really good idea of how the piece will look. But if you have any questions about a piece of jewelry, contact us anytime before purchasing it. E-mail is the easiest way to get in touch with us and someone will respond to you usually within the course of the day. You can also call us at 702.516-8051.  We will respond to any messages we receive promptly.

Full Refund

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the item. It must be in the original, unused condition in which it was sent. We will give you a full refund less shipping costs or a credit to purchase a different piece of jewelry that may better suit your tastes. If shipping was free, I will not refund the average amounts for shipping costs ($15 in U.S. or $30 International).

How to Return

Please e-mail us and notify us of any problem with your order or of any intention to return an item. We will usually ask you to return the item to us using a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

Returns for Resizing

Because we accurately describe lengths of necklaces and request neck measurements for collar necklaces and wrist measurements for bracelets, any requests for resizing are usually the customer’s responsibility. I generally do not charge to resize, but you will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs.

*We take into consideration the size of the beads when making bracelets, so make sure you give me the measurement of your wrist and not the length you think the bracelet should be. We generally make bracelets to fit a little loosely so they ride up on the hand a little bit. If you like your bracelets particularly loose or tight, let me know this when you order.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Stones 2 Jewels and would like to return it, you can do so within 10 days of receipt of the item. Please e-mail me your intention to return and once we receive the item, we will issue you a gift certificate for the full amount minus shipping charges, so you can choose something more suited to your tastes.

Jewelry Care

As with all jewelry, proper care should be taken to maintain your piece in a good condition. You should always put your jewelry on after using any cosmetics or perfume. And try to remember to take it off before washing your hands, using household chemicals, or going in the pool or ocean. However, even with proper care, slight natural defects can occur in gemstones over time causing chipping or breaking and threads can slowly deteriorate causing fraying and stretching. And of course accidents can happen causing your jewelry to break (especially those of you with little children)!

We want you to be able to wear your jewelry for a long time, so if something does happen to your piece of Stones 2 Jewels, please contact us. The nature of the problem will determine the repair fees. I can generally give you an estimate once you have emailed me with a description of the problem.

Your jewelry is meant to be worn and body oils even help to keep the metals from tarnishing. So please enjoy your jewelry and wear it often!
